HOW IT WORKS

Creative authority.
Connected evidence.

Follow the exact cut through context, review, editorial action, verification and the human release decision.

THE FIVE-STAGE REVIEW

From source.
To human decision.

A connected review path from the exact source cut to the final human decision. Creative authority stays with your team.

THE CUT IS COLLABORATIVE.

The decision
should be, too.

For creative, editorial and release teams.

  1. 01

    Give the review its context.

Bind the exact cut to release scope, policy and campaign authority.

  2. 02

    See what the cut reveals.

Inspect timecoded findings with cited evidence. Public campaign context informs a fresh review only after research and human approval.

  3. 03

    Make the smallest useful edit.

Turn the finding into precise picture, audio, caption or rights actions.

  4. 04

    Verify the revision.

Run a separate review to see what changed and what remains.

  5. 05

Put a person behind the decision.

Record human approval, exceptions and scope in a portable release record.

THE PRODUCT, IN FOCUS

More than a note.
A reason. A next step.

Bring the source, campaign context and editorial decision into the same conversation.

01 / UNDERSTAND

See the whole reveal.

Review frames, dialogue and title cards together. Use researched, human-approved campaign facts to consider what the audience already knows—and what the combination gives away.

02 / ACT

Give editorial a precise move.

Translate a finding into picture, audio, caption, rights or document actions. Keep the smallest useful intervention explicit.

03 / VERIFY

Make the final call inspectable.

Review the revision separately. Carry resolved findings, remaining conditions and the accountable owner into the release record.

FROM YOUR EDITOR. BACK TO YOUR EDITOR.

Keep your editing workflow.
Make the review actionable.

Bring an exported cut into review. Take the findings back to your editing software, make the changes, and review the rendered revision.

  1. 01 / BRING IN

Your cut and its source context.

An authorized trailer or promo, caption sidecars, and the approved story, release and rights references your team uses.

    Video containers

    MP4 · MOV · M4V · WebM · MXF

    Caption inputs

    VTT · SRT · TTML/IMSC · DFXP · XML · SCC

  2. 02 / REVIEW

The moment, the evidence, the edit.

Inspect a character reveal at a specific timecode, compare proposed edits, and carry unresolved music rights into the review record.

    Your review includes

Timecoded findings, source evidence, editorial options and a source-to-revision comparison.

  3. 03 / TAKE BACK

Notes your editor can act on.

Use the findings and markers to guide changes in your editing software. Render a candidate cut and bring it back for verification.

    Documented export options

CSV findings / markers · FCPXML · EDL
VTT / SRT timed notes and captions

The Premiere UXP panel and Resolve utility script support timeline context and finding markers. They require setup and validation on the editor’s workstation before studio use.

FCPXML and EDL exports also need import validation in the target editor. Effects, metadata and caption styling may not carry across. Supported containers do not guarantee every codec configuration; confirm your media and timebase during the pilot.

OTIO, AAF and ALE adapters are planned, not currently available as supported round trips.
